Same Amount
This was also just another day. I did split again; so it came out to be 8. I had to work around my work meeting and work, so i had to be very punctual.

I will be posting my workouts day-to-day and anything that happens on the run. Our Track team did this in high school and i thought it would be a cool idea to post my runs/workouts on a blog.
